Refund & Returns Policy

Our return window, condition requirements, and refund process are set out below so you can shop with confidence. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Standard return window: items may be returned for a refund within the window stated in your order confirmation, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact Client Care before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility.

Hygiene and safety: for pet accessories, including beds, throws, bowls, collars, leads, harnesses, and carriers, items must be clean, free of pet hair and odour, and show no signs of wear or chewing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, and processing times depend on your payment provider.
